Getting rid of acne part 2 (prevention)

Now lets discuss some preventive measures as well for those who want to fight acne before their onset:

1) Drink lots of water, a natural cleanser/purifier.
2) Avoid caffeine — caffeine stimulates hormone production
3) Do not stress yourself too much.. if under stress, try relaxing by visiting your close friends and spending some time out of the regular atmposphere.
4) Try to maintain a diet that is balances hormones – you may consult a dietician/dietitian for this.
5) Avoid food that contains too much fat and oil. Most junk foods have them in plenty.
6) Wash your face regularly, about 4 times a day with any gentle soap.
